Clear skin, weight loss and detox those are just a few of the benefits of drinking infused water. If you’re one of those that want to drink more water but don’t like the taste (there are people like that) or maybe you like drinking infused water but need more recipes then this post is definitely for you.
Let’s start with what Infused water is.
Infused water (sometimes known as detox water) is basically and a mixture of fruits, vegetables and herbs all infused together to create some a variety of tastes with different benefits.

Lemon, Cucumber and Mint Leaves
Lemon, cucumber and mint leaves is my ultimate go-to detox water. This recipe is good not just for detox but for clearing your skin and you know I will jump on any opportunity to keep my skin clear.
Lemons are a very great source of your daily vitamin C, it also cleanses the body by flushing out the toxins. Mint leaves help’s with digestion while adding a nice taste to the water, while cucumber has a lot of antioxidants that will help further the cleanse.
Did you know: Cucumber had 95% of water? adding it to your water will give you the extra hydration that you need.
How to Make:
Add 1 lemon, half a cucumber and a few rinsed mint leaves to a jug or water bottle. Leave you chill in the fridge overnight and drink all day the next day.
Strawberry, Lemon and Basil Leaves
I love, love, love this recipe.
Strawberries have a lot of amazing health benefits such as clear skin and weight loss, as previously mentioned lemons are a great source of vitamin C while basil leaves have anti-inflammatory properties in it.
Did you know: Just one serving of eight strawberries has more vitamin C than an orange.
How to make:
A handful of washed sliced strawberries, 1 lemon and a few basil leaves. Add all the ingredients in a jug of water or water bottle and drink all day.
For this recipe, I would recommend using an infused water bottle which you can get here, this is to keep the water fresh all day while you drink it.
Honestly, this recipe tastes so amazing, it one of my favourites.
Strawberries, Lemon and Cucumber
I don’t think I have to tell you about these fruits again. This is easy to make just like all the ones above.
The thing I love about these recipes is that you can pick up these ingredients when you do your weekly shopping and have them in your fridge all week to use every day throughout the week.
